Ever wonder what is really on your old tapes and movies? I decided to find out and reached out to reCAPTURE. I gave him a jumbled mess with hopes that I'd have some memories to share with my grandchildren. Todd gave me storage and organization options. He split up a very long movie into several short views at my request. He sent me short clips so I could hopefully remember what was on it and then title it as I wished. If every business supported their customers like Todd, we'd be talking about excellent communication; speedy, accurate service; and genuine concern that the end result met our expectations.

reCAPTURE did a wonderful job repairing a broken VHS-C tape that meant a lot to me. They transferred the video to a flash drive but had other options as well. They were very fair with the price and I was impressed with the turn around time. I plan on using reCAPTURE preservation service again.
